BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY

We invite you to complete our thoughtfully designed application form, providing detailed information about your lifestyle and expectations.

Once submitted, you will receive a personal follow-up from us to continue the conversation and explore the possibility of a perfect match for one of our puppies.

Each application is reviewed with care, as our goal is to ensure every puppy finds a home that truly complements their personality and needs.

A Private Consultation

We’ll discuss your questions, timing, and what you envision in your next companion.

Each of our puppies is placed with great intention. Rather than being selected, they are matched to the family that best suits their unique personality and needs.

Because they deserve nothing less than their perfect home.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT & WAITLIST

Following our consultation, if we feel there is mutual alignment, you will be invited to proceed with our Puppy Placement Agreement and reservation process. The agreement will be shared for secure digital signature.

To confirm your placement within an upcoming litter, a $500 Reservation Retainer is required. This retainer reflects your commitment and allows us to begin preparing for your puppy’s transition home.

For families who wish to plan ahead, our Early Reservation Waitlist is available with a $300 priority retainer, 50% of which may be returned should timing ultimately not align.

Because each puppy is thoughtfully placed, reservation opportunities are extended selectively and in limited number.

THE GRAND ARRIVAL

If your reservation is secured prior to the arrival of a litter, you will be personally notified once the puppies have safely arrived and are comfortably settled at home.

We allow this brief settling period to ensure both mother and puppies are thriving before sharing updates. At that time, you will receive a thoughtful introduction to the litter and next steps in the placement process.

Because every beginning deserves to be handled with care.

THE PLACEMENT PROCESS

As the puppies grow and their little personalities begin to blossom around 4–6 weeks of age, we take great care in observing their unique spirit, energy, and temperament.

During this sweet stage, we will share what we are discovering — the quiet cuddle lover, the confident explorer, the gentle old soul.

Rather than being simply selected, each puppy is lovingly matched to the home where they will thrive most naturally.

Your hopes and preferences are always welcomed and considered, while final placement is made with tenderness and intention — ensuring a lifelong bond built on harmony from the very beginning.

WELCOMING YOUR COMPANION

Welcoming one of our puppies into your home is a beautiful beginning, and thoughtful preparation makes all the difference. Before homecoming, we encourage you to prepare a calm, designated space, select high-quality essentials, and identify a trusted veterinarian.

We will provide guidance on nutrition, routines, and early development so your puppy’s transition feels seamless and reassuring.

With intention, patience, and love, you are not simply bringing home a puppy — you are welcoming a lifelong companion into your family.

HOMECOMING

You will work closely with me to plan your puppy’s homecoming, whether by meeting us at select cities or airports, or arranging for a professional flight nanny.

Our puppies never travel alone — each journey is carefully supervised to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.

To ensure a smooth transition, full payment is required prior to departure. Every step of travel is thoughtfully managed, because your new companion deserves nothing less than a secure and loving journey home.

At Hearts of Love, every puppy is raised with intention, devotion, and care. From the moment they are born, they grow in our home surrounded by love, gentle handling, and experiences designed to foster confidence, curiosity, and joy. From two weeks onward, we thoughtfully introduce new textures, scents, and early learning experiences — ensuring each puppy develops a strong, happy, and well-adjusted foundation.

Our commitment to health is unwavering. Each parent is carefully health-tested, and every puppy receives expert veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and a microchip with Hearts Of Love listed on the Microchip as well, for lifetime protection. To offer peace of mind, we include a 1-year genetic health guarantee. This ensures your journey with your new companion begins with confidence and security.

HEALTH GUARANTEE & RESERVATION POLICY

Puppies are thoughtfully placed into homes where they will flourish, and all pets are adopted on a spay/neuter agreement, unless other arrangements are made. This ensures each puppy is placed responsibly and with the lifelong well-being of the dog as the highest priority.

Our care extends far beyond your puppy’s first days in your home. At Hearts of Love, we offer lifetime guidance and support, answering questions, sharing advice, and celebrating milestones alongside you. Because a puppy is not just a companion — they are a lifelong family member, and our devotion continues long after they leave our arms.
